Delivery FAQ’s and shipping prices.

We aim to print and dispatch all orders as soon as possible and have a production lead time of up to 5 working days. We can often fast track orders so if you require an order urgently, please email info@personaliseyourluggage.com and we will do everything we can to help.

Delivery Charges and Lead Times

All approximate lead times below are pertaining to your delivery not being held in customs. We do not have any control over delays once the items leave our warehouse so the below shipping times are an approximate and not a guarantee.

UK Orders:

All UK luggage and cover orders are available with free UK delivery. Orders are dispatched using DPD Next Day so orders dispatched before 2pm Monday-Friday are expected to arrive the next working day. Once shipped, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to your live tracking. You will also receive an email direct from DPD and a text message on the morning of your delivery to let you know of your 1 hour time slot.

International Orders - EU and ROW

Please see the table above for the price and estimated shipping time as prices and time scales vary depending on country. Orders will be dispatched using either DPD or FedEx. Once shipped we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to your live tracking. Please note, any items being dispatched outside of the UK, may be subject to customs charges which the customer is liable to pay. Please contact your local customs office for an estimate on how much this will be before an order is placed.

Is your country not listed in the table above?

If your country isn’t listed in the table above then this doesn’t mean that we are unable to send to your country. Please email info@personaliseyourluggage.com with the country that you require shipping to and the size and number of suitcases and we will be able to get a quote for you.

 

Delivery FAQ’s

When will my order be shipped?

As each order is personalised and made to order, we have a lead time of up to 5 working days before your order is shipped.

Do you offer fast track?

We will always do our best to accommodate fast track requests so if you require for a particular date, please email us at info@personaliseyourluggage.com with the date needed by and we will let you know if this is possible.

How will my package be shipped?

All suitcases will be dispatched in a black dust bag and a PYL protective cardboard box. All inserts will be dispatched rolled in a protective packaging tube.

What courier company do you use?

All UK orders will be dispatched using DPD and International orders will be dispatched with either DPD, FedEx or DHL.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

We will send you a dispatch email with your tracking link when your order has been dispatched from our UK warehouse. You will also receive an email direct from DPD. If you are in the UK, a text from DPD will be sent on the morning of delivery with your 1 hour time slot.

Are there customs or charges?

Orders sent to outside the UK may be subject to custom charges which you are liable to pay. You may receive an email from the courier company with a link to pay customs if there are any charges applicable. These will need to be paid before the courier company releases your order. If these are not paid in time and the order is sent back, you will need to cover the cost for the order to be dispatched again.

How can I track my order?

A dispatch email with your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. The tracking link will take you to the courier’s website where you can view full tracking updates.

What will happen if I’m not in when my parcel is delivered?

DPD will send you a text with a 1 hour time slot on the day of your delivery. If you have not received the text, you will also be able to view your 1 hour time slot on the tracking link in the dispatch email. The tracking link will have options that you can choose if you are not going to be in when the courier is due to attempt delivery including delivering to a neighbour, leaving in a safe place or delivering on a different day. If you have not selected any of these alternatives, the courier in most instances will attempt delivery another day or will take to a local pick up shop. Please check your tracking details as all updates will be logged there. If the courier has not been able to successfully deliver your item, they usually allow 4-7 days to rearrange delivery or for you to collect, after which time they will return to sender. If the item is returned to sender, you will be liable to cover the cost for the item to be shipped back out. Please keep an eye on your tracking details and update the courier with any information necessary to avoid your order being returned.
