standards. notified as to whether the suitcase will be repaired or replaced. Any such repair or replacement will be at the expense of Personalise Your Luggage, including any costs required to return the repaired or replacement product to

If your suitcase develops an issue after use and was not an initial manufacturing defect such as
a lock or wheel issue, we are able to sell a replacement part.

If the suitcase has been damaged by an airline, you will need to report this to the help desk
immediately at the airport to make a claim against the airline that you have travelled with. We have included some links below on what to do if your luggage
has been damaged.
